Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Mary, a former librarian, has had a wet crawl space for years. The home was built in the 50s, and when it rained heavily, standing water would accumulate. Steve's support structures were lacking so he decided on calling Ayers for a professional replacement. We sent a crew to take a look and make the proper recommendations. After the inspection it was agreed that SmartJacks would solve his issues. SmartJacks are steel support columns that are placed on a solid foundation base installed in the sub-floor and attached at the top to a steel support beam. The steel columns can be adjusted in the future and will raise the floors back to its original position. This will provide Steve with a strong and stable support system so his home's safety is ensured!
