Roxanne called us about her floors. She worried that her foundation was settling because the floors in the center of the home seemed to be sagging and the bedroom floors seemed to be slanting. She'd been advised that the foundation was exhibiting some cracks but didnt' really know how serious the problem was. We sent out a system design specialist who was able to do a complete inspection and determine that some SmartJacks and some support beams along with some sistered joists and some MoldX treatment would help get this crawl space back in shape. We returned later with a crew to do the work. Steel SmartJacks and steel support beams provide incredible strength and support and are a great option for lifting the home to its original position. Both are zinc-coated to make them corrosion-resistant. The MoldX treatment helped clean up the crawl space where moisture was creating other issues. Now Roxanne should notice more level flooring and a huge weight off of her shoulders.
