Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A crawlspace in Rose City, MI was in need of a makeover. Panels, insulation, water, and mold can be found all over this crawlspace. With a call to Ayers, a change was in place. The Vapor Barrier that is used, makes this crawlspace look amazing while also getting rid of any water or dampness entering this crawlspace. This crawl space in Rose City, MI would get lots of water coming in during those spring showers. We went through and installed our CleanSpace system and a sump pump. The main floor joist in this small cabin was failing due to a rotting wooden support post. We replaced the post with SmartJack steel support posts to stabilize and lift the floor back to its original position.

Tamara was looking into getting an Egress Window to bring the bedroom down in the basement up to code. She decided to call our Ayers professionals for the job. Oftentimes basements feel like dark dungeons with minimal light coming in, so this will allow more natural light to shine through. These windows are waterproof and come with an exterior well. The main perk is that these windows are much safer since you can easily open and exit through them in the case of an emergency. Tamara has a much more attractive and legally finished basement now!

Sealing these small cracks and crevices creates a barrier against cold air, moisture, and allergens. Kathryn feels much more comfortable in her home!
