Rob called our team because he wanted to prevent his basement from flooding even during the cold Michigan winters. So our team installed the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System. In addition, one of the pumps is battery powered so that the system will continue running even during power outages.

A homeowner wanted his basement completely sealed off so he called our team. We insulated his rim joists in order to cut off the flow of air and moisture to the rest of his home. Seams and small cracks are common around your rim joists so it is important to seal them off when encapsulating your crawl sapce. 

Water was entering a customer's home through his basement walls. Tired of worrying about his basement flooding, he called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System. This system utilizes a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls and act as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system immediately put a stop to all water intrusion in this customer’s basement.

Allen had some cracks outside of his basement walls and uneven floors in his home. He was nervous the walls would crumble and the home would fall. We used SmartJacks to support the floors and lift them back to the original level. These support posts are secured to the floors joists, cemented into the foundation, and can be adjusted anytime to keep the floors level!
