Chelsea was hoping to replace her tiny basement windows with Egress Windows. She called Ayers for the job, so we began the installation process. Jennifer was on the lookout for new waterproofing systems that would finally put an end to the water intrusion that would arise in several areas of the basement. She decided to call our waterproofing experts at Ayers for a permanent fix. After conducting a free inspection of her basement, it was agreed that our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System would take care of the water. WaterGuard is a drain that we place under the floor and around the perimeter of the basement. This ensures water that comes in through the wall is collected and directed to the sump pump we hook it to. Since her current sump pump was failing, we added TripleSafe which is a three-pump system that effectively keeps the water out. The first pump will handle most of the water, the second is there for backup, and the last pump is battery-operated for power outages. Jennifer was grateful for these professional solutions that now keep her home safe and clean!
