A customer in Union Pier, Michigan came to us with a crawlspace that was overdue for some protection from the outside enviornment. We upgraded this crawlspace with our CleanSpace Technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now, this homeowner won't hace to worry about a wet crawl space ever again.

This customer called us because they had bought a cottage and came to realize that it had standing water, mold, and critters who had made their crawl space home. We wanted to get this taken care of for them so they can enjoy it for the rest of summer without any headaches and no more worrying about it.

We installed our CleanSpace system to fix all of these issues. CleanSpace is a thick plastic liner that is attached t0 the floor joists and covers every part of your crawl space. We'll wrap any piers you have, cover all of the floor, and every inch of the walls will also be covered by CleanSpace. This system will leave your crawl space looking great so you no longer have to argue about who has to go down there if an issues arrises. David & Lindsey were searching for a new place to call home in Union Pier, MI. They thought they had found the home of their dreams until they asked their realitor to see what the home's crawl space looked like. What they saw was an amateur attempt to encapsulate the crawl space. There were giant holes in the plastic lining the craw space and it was cold and musty. David & Lindsey decided to put in a bid on the home, with the condition that Stephanie (the seller) would call professionals and have the crawl space encapsulated before they closed on the home.

Ready to sell her home, Stephanie agreed to the condition set forth by David & Lindsey. Knowing our company's founder (Virgil Ayers) personally made finding the right crawl space professionals an easy choice for Stephanie. We conducted our free inspection and proposed a plan that met the satisfaction of both parties involved.

We returned to the home a short time later and encapsulated the crawl space with our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system. The CleanSpace encapsulation product is a thick durable plastic lining that fully seals off the crawlspace from the harsh elements it faces below. This means the home's new owners David & Lindsey can be sure this this system has trully solved their concerns. Additionally SilverGlo wall insulation panels were installed to help lower the new home owner's energy costs. Thanks to the efforts of our team, Stephanie was able to sell her home, and David & Lindsey couldn't be more excited to buy it. Congratulations on the new home, and don't sweat! The encapsulation warranty will transfer over David & Lindsey.

We have a dual-crawlspace basement - the original crawlspace and a new space under an addition. There are a few clear issues with which we desire assistance: 1. During heavy rains water leaks into the original crawl at the point where our water service enters the home, as well as at a mysterious hole in the foundation which I repaired (poorly) years ago. 2. At the same time, we get wet spots on the wall of the new crawl, less of a leak, more of a soaking through. 3. The old crawl has several openings to the outside which I have sealed (again, poorly) to keep air, bugs, and animals out. These have always been a concern to me, and I am uncertain if they should be permanently sealed. I'd like to get an idea as to what can be done to solve these issues. Please let me know how your quotation process works - we'll be at the place for the first three weeks in August so we can set up a time to meet if you are available. Thank you Bob
