Robin realized her brick-wall basement was allowing water to leak in. She wasn't sure why this was happening or how to fix the problem, so she called Ayers. We sent a team of specialists to her home to examine the condition of her basement. Following the visit, our team suggested the installation of TripleSafe, a sump pump system to prevent pump failure, and CleanSpace to eliminate moisture leakage from the basement walls. TripleSafe uses a three-pump system planning for failure ahead of time with a backup and a battery-powered pump in case of power outages. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made with an antimicrobial liner and an air-tight seal, eliminating unwanted excess moisture, blocking out pests, and reducing mold growth potential.
