When spring comes, the snow melts and the ground thaws, water can get into a basement or crawl space causing water issues in your home. This was the case in Marietta and Lisa's home. Drainage Matting has dimples in it so water can flow under it the liner but it also directs the water to the sump pump to be discharged out of the space. The CleanSpace liner is a thick durable liner, similar to a pool liner, that keeps humidity and water vapor out of the area. It also keeps out pests like insects and rats as well as mold and rot.
