Saw Ayers Basement Systems signs in several yards around the Cadillac area and was recommended by a close friend. The installation crew were courteous, polite and professional. They explained the entire system to us.

Usually I would call multiple companies to make a sound decision on which service providers to use. In this case, due to the professionalism and information presented, I used Ayers without other investigation. Definitely a compliment to your internal staff.

We had seen some of Ayers Basement Systems' commercials on television. Our Project Manager was very courteous and helpful. The crew was courteous and the clean-up was good.

Our Project Manager did a nice job of explaining the products. General cleanup was satisfactory; the installaiton crew were customer oriented and hard workers.

Tom and Mike, the work was finally able to start and complete last Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, after a number of months of review and back and forth. I would like to thank you both for your work in putting the plan and project together. The completed space looks outstanding. I would like to tell you about the folks who did the work, if you remember the space was tight, wet and a large amount of trash. Terry and Ryan spent the first day underground and did a fantastic job cleaning and prepping the space for the ultimate installation of insulation, CleanSpace and SaniDry. They stayed late to complete this clean up and in my eyes deserve accommodation for a JOB WELL DONE! Come Friday, Terry and Ryan returned along with Cesar and Juan. These four guys worked about 13 hours each to complete the job. I found these four individuals to be extremely courteous, hardworking and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied and complete the job with the highest quality. This is the third job Ayers Basement Systems has done for our family, my brother and mother had work done previously and because of the quality see on those repairs made me to only choose Ayers for this repair. And I was not disappointed by the workmanship or quality people these four young men were. I have no hesitation in recommending Ayers Basement Systems to anyone. Again, Terry, Ryan, Cesar and Juan are outstanding young men and hard workers who provide quality service. You should be proud to have these men on your Ayers team.

Terry Ortez and his crew installed a waterproofing system in our basement yesterday. The team arrived on time, were professional, and were conscious of dust and dirt as they laid down runners to reduce tracking it in hallway. We have dreaded rain because it meant endless trips of ShopVac vacuuming and emptying. We haven't had rain yet but I'm looking forward to not having to vacuum it up after when it does rain!

On a follow-up call with Erika, she shared that her electrician had gone down into the crawl space the day after our crew finished the encapsulation to hook up the dehumidifier. Before the rep, Keith Bond, arrived, I had received an introductory packet with his bio and photograph as well as literature explaining the various processes the company uses, so I was prepared when the rep arrived to discuss my nees. The installation crew at Ayers Basement Systems was hard working and knew what they were doing. Covered areas with plastic-cleaned and washed floors down; very professional. Price was very competitive- didn't try to push more product that we didn't need- very thorough on every detail prior to agreement.

The crew at Ayers Basement systems was down to business, timely, and accurate, but still personable.  We had a serious problem with our crawl space that needed attention asap and we had a couple of people that highly recommended Ayers!  We look forward to another visit to possibly purchase other products.
