They were very professional, extremely pleasant and courteous, and very hard workers. 1.They taped off the section as I had asked you to arrange and when I thanked them, they just told me that was what they do as part of the job. 2. When they looked at the plans that Todd had recommended, they decided the drainage system would not work as planned.  They walked around the house and developed options that the discussed with me, even though it meant extra work for them.  They then had to obtain the extra parts (piping).  Also, it meant the job would take much more time.  The facts are, I would have been willing to pay extra and told Jon that, but Jon immediately said no, the job would cost what Todd ha estimated.  (I expect I should thank you for that-that is probably company policy, but Jon did it pleasantly and with style.) 3. As I may have mentioned to you (or maybe I hadn't), my husband has mild dementia.  He was not home when Jon and Marty arrived, but came home while they were working and was in the basement watching his TV during their work.  They interacted with him in a very sensitive way, even though I had not told them about his dementia. 4. They cleaned up the area.  I did not have to take a dust cloth or shop vac to clean up. 5. Jon check the sump pump that Ayers put in last year to make sure it was still working.  Again, that was an "extra." These are two guys you want working for you. I have been having water issues the past few months due to rising water tables in my area. I knew it would take some time to get the water tables to normal levels and wanted a better sump system to protect my home. I found Ayers Basement Systems after some research online and purchased the TripleSafe Sump. Overall, I am pleased with the results. We had some issues at first trying to route the system where I wanted, but Ayers Basement Systems worked with me to make sure it was done, and done right. Problems can happen with any project and I don't measure on what the problems were, I measure on what was done to resolve them. The system works great and overall I am pleased and would recommend Ayers to others, and will use them again should I have a need.

The quality of Ayers' workmanship in the foundation repair work of our house was outstanding. Adam and his crew were polite, on time and hard working. Our basement was left in great shape. No piles of sand or dirt were left. Now our house has been lifted to the original position, and we look forward to no more problems. We are finally getting the drywall in our house fixed. Although this drywall work is expensive, it's a great feeling to know that our house is now on solid "piers" and it will never crack apart again. Thanks to Ayers for a job well done.
