This customer contacted us because they had a couple walls in their basement that were bowing. We all know bowing walls probably aren't a good sign and we wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible. We offer many different solutions for foundation walls depending on the area outside your home, the results you are expecting, and how bad the wall is. 

For this home we were able to install our PowerBrace system on one of the walls. PowerBraces are a great option because they allow the wall to be straightened over time as the system can be tightened as the wall moves back to it's desired position. This system has a very noninvasive isntall and will not disturb the lawn or anything outside the home. These also usually take less than a day to install, so it's a great option and gets the job done.

Trevor was the elder of his church and sought to encapsulate the crawl space. Trevor contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems, and an inspection was set up and conducted. The team determined that water was leaking through the foundation and that CleanSpace would be the best solution! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that encapsulates the entire space creating a vapor barrier. After installing the liner, any water seeping into the crawl space will funnel behind the liner and directly to the sump pump!
