Mike was sick and tired of dealing with excess water in his basement due to his failing sump pump, so he called Ayers to fix it. Our team of experts visited his home to inspect his basement and offer a recommendation. After examining the space, the team confirmed the TripleSafe sump pump system was the best solution. The TripleSafe system is designed to prepare for sump pump failure. TripleSafe uses three separate pumps, the primary, backup, and even a third, battery-powered pump, just in case the power goes out. Mike was ecstatic to have a dry basement!

Bob finally decided it was time to check out his crawl space. He discovered this space was full of dirt, moisture, and other outside pests. The crawl space needed encapsulation, so he called Ayers for professional help sealing this problem area. Our system design specialists conducted an inspection and concluded CleanSpace would efficiently protect his crawl space. CleanSpace is a heavy-duty liner made of waterproof, inorganic material and will line the crawl space floor and walls. This solution creates a barrier between the moist soil and the home. The vapor barrier property the liner utilizes prevents mold or bacteria growth. Bob's crawl space is now in much better shape!

This Midland, MI, crawl space had extensive water damage. The homeowner attempted to create a water barrier using plastic tarp but it was ineffective. As you can see on the right, we installed a CleanSpace crawl space barrier on the walls and floor together with a TripleSafe sump pump to dispel any water from the crawl space. 

A customer had concrete slabs that were sinking in her back patio so she called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Dexter and Marla's Midland MI home was built in 1941. The couple had a different company waterproof their basement about 30 years ago. Since then, their home has had significant bowing as well as vertical and horizontal cracks in the walls. Every time it rained, water would flood in. They called Ayers for a solution that would last. We came out to inspect Dexter and Marla's home and determined that they would need us to install GeoLock Anchors to correct their foundation problem.

GeoLock Anchors permanently stop foundational shifting. The anchors have 3 parts. The first part is a plate on the interior foundation wall. A steel cable is drilled through the plate into the soil directed away from the home. A second plate is anchored to the other side of the cable for maximum stabilization.
