We installed our PowerBrace foundation wall repair system. The PowerBrace system is a wall repair system that stabilizes tilting, bucking, cracked or bowing foundation walls. PowerBrace uses steel I-beams that attached to the joists above the wall to provide maximum support. And even better, the system can be tighter over time to eventually bring your basement wall back to near its original position.

We were contacted for this job because the real estate agent had used us before for another water problem. She said it really helped the sale of the house and thinks it will help again. This house had a very severe bowing wall that needed the attention of professionals. 

We were able to install our PowerBraces to help fix this wall and return it to its original position over time. PowerBraces are made of steel and zinc coated so they won't rust. They can be tightened as the wall moves which is what allows the wall to go back to its original position. PowerBraces are a good option if you don't have room on the outside of your home for excavation. 

PolyLevel is a state of the art approach to repairing sinking concrete. This method to raise your concrete slab uses high-density polymers to lift it back to the desired position. This process is done by drilling small holes (smaller than a penny), in the slab and then specially designed equipment with inject the structural grade polymers into the voids. 

There are many advantages to using PolyLevel: there are less holes, it's lightweight, it has a quick cure time so it can be driven on within 15 minutes, the material is waterproof and won't wash out, and it gives you peace of mind knowing no one will be tripping in your driveway. 

We received a call from a customer in Dewitt referring to her walkway and how unlevel it was. She wanted our professional help to get the job done. We drove to her home to install PolyLevel which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete slabs through tiny little holes in the concrete. The foam levels it all out while making it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

This Dewitt home had water in the basement but the homeowners needs a fix. They wanted to sell the home within 2 years and they knew they could not do that with water intrusions.
