This Allendale Charter homeowner bought this house as a rental property. A distracted driver hit the house and as a result, the foundation wall was pushed in. We used GeoLock Channel Anchors to stabilize the wall. Steel earth anchors are installed and steel rods are joined to them through the wall where channel anchors are secured to the floor and the other end of the rod inside your foundation wall. These anchors will permanently stabilize your wall and could return it to its original condition.

The floor joists are reinforced in a way that ensure that the load on the braces is distributed evenly and floor above maintains its integrity. The PowerBraces have an awesome and tightening system that other I-Beams just don't have. It allows our service team or the homeowner to slowly adjust the PowerBraces over time during dry periods in a way that could potentially improve the condition of the wall over time and even bring it back to its original position in many cases.
