Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Jen was moving but during the first open house, there were concerns about the foundation of the house. She wanted to fix the problem before the house was sold. We found that the foundation was settling in one corner of the home and we had the perfect solution. We installed Helical Piers to not only support the sinking home but also iift it back to the original position. Jennifer and her family had a corner of their home that was settling and had cracks that were visible inside the home as well as outside. They wanted to sell the home but there were concerns about the cracked foundation so they called us. We used Helical Piers to not only stabilize the foundation but to also lift the foundation back up to the original position. The piers can have additional sections added to it to reach the stable soil which they anchor in. They can be installed year-round and the process is fast and effective. 

Mike and Julie had a basement wall that was cracked and starting to bow so they called us for a solution. We used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stabilize the wall. The system is made up of flexible carbon fabric straps that are 10 times stronger in tension than steel. The straps are are then bonded to the wall using a high strength resin. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.

We were called when this homeowner noticed a crack in their basement wall. The buckling wasn't too bad so we installed CarbonArmor to stabilize the wall. CarbonArmor is made of flexible carbon fiber straps that are secured to the wall with a high strength epoxy resin. The carbon fiber straps are 10 times stronger in tension than steel so that your walls will not have anymore movement. 

This basement had a severly bowed wall. Horizontal cracking in a wall is often the first sign, but this was beyond that. We installed PowerBraces along the wall in order to help support the home above and prevent the wall from bowing any further. PowerBraces also come with a great tightening feature that can be used during dry periods to gradually tighten and perhaps straighten the wall bringing it back to its original position. The installed powerbraces prior to tightening show the severity of the bowing in the wall. Hopefully the wall can be straightened over time but at the very least, these homeowners can relax knowing that the PowerBraces will keep the the home supported properly and prevent the wall from eventually caving in.
