I am truly impressed with the quality of your organization, and the way you stand behind your work. I had work done on my home in Battle Creek, and a bigger job done on my cottage in South Haven. The South Haven job had to be done over because the first guy didn't do the job right. I was fortunate enough to be working with Troy Baxter, and then Dan Bemman and his team who came out in the dead of winter to fix my basement and do the job right. In addition, I know there was another gentleman named Zack who was also involved. I find it refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to admit when they didn't do the job right and the go back and fix it. This just doesn't happen everyday and I didn't want to pass without reaching out to you directly. I could go on and on with the reasons I am happy with my choice of your company to do the work, but instead I'll just say thank you for building a company of employees that truly care about the customer. Please take my note and share it with these great employees because, again, they embody what you've taught them I'm sure, that the customer comes first. I felt that with each of them as I worked with the along the way.

Saw Ayers Basement Systems signs in several yards around the Cadillac area and was recommended by a close friend. The installation crew were courteous, polite and professional. They explained the entire system to us.

We needed the best crawl space repair experts available, so we called Ayers Basement Systems. Our project manager was great, the work was very satisfactory, and you can use us as a reference anytime.

Terry Ortez and his crew installed a waterproofing system in our basement yesterday. The team arrived on time, were professional, and were conscious of dust and dirt as they laid down runners to reduce tracking it in hallway. We have dreaded rain because it meant endless trips of ShopVac vacuuming and emptying. We haven't had rain yet but I'm looking forward to not having to vacuum it up after when it does rain!

I didn't even look anywhere else. Before the rep, Keith Bond, arrived, I had received an introductory packet with his bio and photograph as well as literature explaining the various processes the company uses, so I was prepared when the rep arrived to discuss my nees. After reviewing the packet and speaking with him, I had no doubts htis was the company to use. They wre very well organized and professional. The installation crew definitely "wowed" me. Doug, Gage, Jordan, and Josh: you guys did a wonderful job! Thank you! If I decide to have addtional work done in the future or hear of anyone that does, I would definitely recommend your crew.

The crew was very professional and the installation was fast. They did a nice job with clean-up and did an overall ooutstanding job. 

Normally during snow melt we would have water in our basement. However, this most recent melt isn't a concern for us anymore. Our representative was very good; knowledgeable about product; able to tell what we needed. The crew was on time and even called the first day before arrival. We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed! Liked having a written estimate.

I had only heard good comments regarding their business ethics and workmanship. You have an awesome group of young men. They worked tirelessly for 2 days. I never heard one curse word or any disagreements among them. They were a total team from start to finish. I hope I never have a reason to need your services but would not hesitate to call you if the need arose. I will recommend you 100%. 

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the trio of men who worked in our basement and its two crawl spaces last week. We were so impressed with Payton, Joshua, and Gary. If they represent the quality of people Ayers hires and retains, your management team should be immensely proud of its selection and training process.  In short, they were terrific. Their knowledge, work ethic, and customer interactions were among the best we've ever experienced. Our home is a 127-year-old Victorian and, believe me, we've seen plenty of workers come and go over the years - it hasn't always been the proverbial picnic.  All three men could not have been more courteous, interested in keeping us informed, and patient with our lack of understanding in these matters. They were a joy to have in our home.  As to the quality of their work, we believe it to be top notch and our local construction expert agrees.  Suffice it to say we couldn't be happier. Should any other repairs of this kind require professional intervention, we want the three amigos from Ayers to do the work. 

I just wanted to say what a great job Dan Bemman and Rich Wallace did yesterday on a service call to my home. Both are outstanding individuals that understand customer service. They represented Ayers well and lived up to the claim you made to me when I agreed to have you do the work on my crawl space. That claim was that Ayers operates with the utmost of integrity, believes in and stands by its product, workmanship, service and most importantly its customers.

In addition to the ratings and reviews I read online, Mr. Schoenleber's evident knowledge of the business, his gentlemanly and patient presentation, and his restraint from pushing a product on me when cost was weighed against other home projects in the making gave me confidence in the professionalism and honesty of your company.
