Virgil, Thank you for assigning Jon and Marty to put in the Sump Pump in my basement. Both of them represent exactly the employees you want to represent Ayers. They were very professional, extremely pleasant and courteous, and very hard workers. 1.They taped off the section as I had asked you to arrange and when I thanked them, they just told me that was what they do as part of the job. 2. When they looked at the plans that Todd had recommended, they decided the drainage system would not work as planned.  They walked around the house and developed options that the discussed with me, even though it meant extra work for them.  They then had to obtain the extra parts (piping).  Also, it meant the job would take much more time.  The facts are, I would have been willing to pay extra and told Jon that, but Jon immediately said no, the job would cost what Todd ha estimated.  (I expect I should thank you for that-that is probably company policy, but Jon did it pleasantly and with style.) 3. As I may have mentioned to you (or maybe I hadn't), my husband has mild dementia.  He was not home when Jon and Marty arrived, but came home while they were working and was in the basement watching his TV during their work.  They interacted with him in a very sensitive way, even though I had not told them about his dementia. 4. They cleaned up the area.  I did not have to take a dust cloth or shop vac to clean up. 5. Jon check the sump pump that Ayers put in last year to make sure it was still working.  Again, that was an "extra." These are two guys you want working for you. I have been having water issues the past few months due to rising water tables in my area. I knew it would take some time to get the water tables to normal levels and wanted a better sump system to protect my home. I found Ayers Basement Systems after some research online and purchased the TripleSafe Sump. Overall, I am pleased with the results. We had some issues at first trying to route the system where I wanted, but Ayers Basement Systems worked with me to make sure it was done, and done right. Problems can happen with any project and I don't measure on what the problems were, I measure on what was done to resolve them. The system works great and overall I am pleased and would recommend Ayers to others, and will use them again should I have a need.

We chose Ayers Basement Systems to do our work due to their price, product, and our trust in a company that has been in business for over 30 years and continues to install basement waterproofing systems daily. The installaiton crew was extremely hardworking and curteous. The work they did was very satisfactory  and the office staff was courteous and professional also.

We had 2 other quotes, but I believe Roger's recommendations were best for our basement. The competition quote reflected one sump and we needed two. They just wanted the job. Roger's quote reflected how it should be done the first time. I am so impressed with everyone I have talked with at Ayers. Excellent service! Excellent follow-up!

Our crew was Nate, Bryan, and Matt. These 3 young men worked so hard on Friday so they could get the work done. We were very impressed by them. They were very efficient and courteous. No lunch break until my husband made them sit and made them some lunch. The foreman was always helpful and answered all questions we had. We were very pleased with all of them.

Ayers did everything right from start to finish! The salesman, Glen, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the project and kept me at ease the whole time. The installation crew conducted themselves in a very professional manner and cleaned up the front of the house very nicely. I decided to give Ayers a call when I saw the logo on one of the work trucks one day. 

Ayers should be very proud of this crew. They arrived on time, worked very hard all day and finished on time. Mr. Doyle gave me a good idea of what to expect. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. I am grateful knowing my water problems are solved.
