Now that both projects are completed, I wanted to take the time to thank your company for following through and finishing these major projects. There were a few blips, as expected, but nothing major. Most of the blips resulted from a disconnect between what was ordered and what the installers brought down to Dowagiac. I want to especially thank foreman Tyler on the egress window job. He and his team worked their butts off, and the expertise Tyler brought to the egress job was impressive. You should be grateful to have such a solid employee. Devin and all the guys who were involved were polite and respectful. They represented Ayers well. I will consider Ayers for any other projects in the future. In the meantime, good luck to all.

The Project Manager was excellent; he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us at all. Ayers Basement Systems had the best plan and product. We researched many and found none better. The installation crew were very professional, friendly, and made sure to make us feel comfortable and treated our home like it was the most important home they had ever done. They were very hard workers and did a great job on the clean up!

We had a basement waterproofing system installed Dec. 2 & 3, 2014. The crew was great. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was not home when the work was done (my boyfriend was) so when the location of the discharge changed, the crew leader was willing to speak to me on the phone to explain everything to me. He also answered every question that came up during the process, came back after hours to pick up our paperwork when I was able to be home, and dealt with our horrible neighbor. Prior to the work being done, Tia was able to work with us on the financing available through MSUFCU. The interest rate provided through Ayers and MSU was over 10% lower than through our credit union. Since the work has been completed, we now use our basement daily as it has become a livable space. I would highly recommend Ayers. You get what you pay for.

Installation crew was very punctual and professional. Satisfied with crew cleanup. Project Manager was very truthful, explained what would occur and it did. The main reason I picked Ayers Basement Systems is because they proposed a quick, logical solution to my problem.

They installed a system in our basement with a sump pump. A week later, there was more water leaking. They came back out within a few days and found a crack and were able to fix it while they were here. They had great customer service. The foreman for our job was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to my husband and myself.

I wanted to let you know what a superior crew you sent to install my Ayers Basement drain. Dillion, Ben, and Matt are three very thoughtful and courteous young men. They took extreme care with all my property. In addition, Dillion proved to be very knowledgable and capable of solving problems when he discovered the "discharge" had not been planned for. Even with a tight perimeter and lake limitation, Dillion was able to find a solution that satisfied all of us. The young men out of their way to assist me with a piece of furniture and some leftover rock for my driveway. They can come back to work at my home anytime! Thank you.

Nate Monear and Matt Houghtaling did a great job waterproofing our basement. They left no mess the job looks wonderful, and even with some house construction problems they discovered, they got the job done neatly and very professionally. I would Recommend Ayers to anyone who has basement water issues!
