We began by installing CleanSpace liners that make sure to seal outdoor air and bacteria. Our state-of-the-art liner is engineered with an inorganic material that protects not only your basement but your family as well. CleanSpace liners are made from thick plastic that when combined without drainage matting, combat bacteria and mold from entering while allowing water to flow to the SuperSump pump.

We installed our patented WaterGuard French drain system. WaterGuard rests below the basement floor and above the foundation footing, collecting water that seeps into the basement from the walls. Once this water is in the drain, it is then redirected to the sump pump to be pumped up and out of the home.

Doris gave Ayers a call when he noticed water pouring through under the small window well in the basement. The professionals at Ayers inspected the issue and decided to go ahead and install our Egress Windows. 

This is an effective solution as it consists of a large well and a safe exit passage in the case of an emergency. Another benefit being the larger window will provide better natural light, making the space seem bigger and more inviting.

Tonya wanted to add an egress window to brighten her basement and turn it into a home office. After speaking with her family, she decided to waterproof the space first. Now, with a full drainage system and egress window installed, she’s ready to create the finished basement of her dreams.

A customer from Okemos called us about receiving a free estimate on their basement so we drove out to their property. We checked their basement and noticed that the current sump pump is not suitable for defeating Michigan weather. We upgraded basement by replacing their Sump Pump with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in one liner. The first being the 1/3 hp zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water. Now, this Okemos homeowner won't have to worry about their basement flooding ever again.
