I am VERY please with the service I received. Everyone was at the house within 5 minutes of stated time.The crew was 3 of the nicest guys, all very respectful and always acted like whatever needed to be done was no problem. You should be proud of the people that work for you, they bend over backwards to make people happy.

Have lived in this modular for 23 years, with no obvious troubles. After talking with a rep at "Shipshewana on the Road" at the Summit in Lansing: Jamison Betz. I realized it would be a great home improvement. Chris Murray visited, we both went into the crawl space. With his talk I was convinced. Along came Doug and his crew, fine job.

Your crew is top notch. Brian and Gary are very hard workers. Brian (the foreman) knew everything about the job and what was needed. Great man!

Tired of a wet basement. Book made sense of it all, learned a great deal. We are the first customers to get Zen Wall. We love it, wish we had done the whole basement.Financially we got the best combo. Also we were not sold the top of the line sump pump-we just didn't need it. The new basement windows are fantastic, They open and close and are so easy to clean. The guys just wanted me to be happy. Always double checking everything. oh yes our two cats have left their footprints forever in the cement. I think they are happy too. When finances are better we'll have you back to put in the flooring.
