We received a call from a homeowner in Leland, MI that had some sagging floors. We drove to their property so that we could help. After looking at their home we found the root of the issue, their crawlspace. They had no support for the floor above it, so it began to sag. We then installed our SmartJack system. 

The SmartJack is a support system used to stabilize and level the floor joists in a crawl space. This system can support up to 60,000 pounds. The SmartJack system is placed on strong concrete fillings that have replaced the soil in that small location underneath the SmartJack. The team determined that water was leaking through the foundation and that CleanSpace would be the best solution! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that encapsulates the entire space creating a vapor barrier. After installing the liner, any water seeping into the crawl space will funnel behind the liner and directly to the sump pump!
