This solution consists of large steel plates that are attached to the affected wall and out to stable soil where they are anchored by a smaller plate underground. The system can be tightened over time, potentially straightening the wall to its original position. Outside soil pressures cause these walls to shift, so having these anchors secured out in stable soil will correct this issue.
