A customer needed help preventing flooding in her basement so she called our team and we installed TripleSafe. Triplesafe is a sump pump system and has three pumps so that it can handle the highest pumping demands. Also, one of the pumps is battery powered so it can continue to pump water even during power outages. You will no longer have to worry about your basement flooding even if his electricity goes out.

Amy was encountering many different issues in her basement, especially bowing walls. Therefore, she called our team to help her turn her basement into a liveable and safe space. In order to stabilize the walls our team installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system. CarbonArmor fixes damaged or bowing walls which are both very serious problems and can cause even more serious problems if they aren't fixed properly. CarbonArmor prevents the inward movement of your walls and reduces their cracks. In addition, this system can easily be concealed in order to give your basement a finished, sleek look, making it perfect for Amy.

Pam's partially finished basement was flooded from water intrusion where the floor and wall met. In order to solve Pam's flooding issues our team installed the WaterGuard System along with a TripleSafe and IceGuard. Each of these three items play a large role in keeping basements dry. The WaterGuard system will catch any leakage from higher walls and floors. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered which will allow Pam to not worry about her basement flooding during power outages. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to leave even when it is frozen. Installing these three pieces will keep Pam's basement dry no matter what weather her house encounters.

Vicky and Daniel had water entering their basement through the cracks in the floor and perimeter. They called our team asking for ways to keep the water out. We installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your basement or crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient basement or crawl space, but it also gives them a clean finish. Overall, CleanSpace reduces humidity and moisture in the crawl space and is compatible with other crawl space materials. 

When Vicki and Daniel contacted us it was a chore to keep their Muskegon basement dry even whilst using two (ineffective) sump pumps. The home’s basement floor had several cracks in the aftermath of a nearby chemical explosion which allowed water to seep in through several entry points. 

By the time our team arrived at Vicki’s house, the family had about 5 gallons of water seeping into their home daily. Our first priority was to stop the water from entering the basement.

We install our powerful TripleSafe sump pump. True to its reassuring name, this sump pump is literally three pumps in one casing and perfect for homes with ongoing water issues in the basement. We then dug underground to install our below-floor drain system which channels water collected from leaks through the walls and in this case, those cracks in the floor, to the TripleSafe sump pump.

Specially designed piping was then installed along the perimeter of the basement on top of the footing of the foundation. Since the piping sits on top, and not along the footing like other drainage systems, WaterGuard can’t get clogged with mud, ensuring that all water can effectively be collected and rerouted to the sump pump.
