This 65 year old home in Muskegon, MI was having major foundation problems after it was impacted by a vehicle. This caused the concrete bricks to begin cracking and bowing. The foundation of your home is obviously very vital to your safety, a bad foundation can decrease the resale value and once the foundation begins cracking water, rodents and other unwanted things can get inside.
We were able to install our Geo-Lock wall anchor system for this foundation. Wall Anchors are a great option for many different types of foudation issues as they are very versatile. They are also the best way to fix a wall over time. Wall Anchors can not be used if there isn't space on the outside of the home for them to be installed.
Part of John's sidewalk was sinking so our team installed PolyLevel to raise it back to its original level. PolyLevel uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Water was flooding a homeowner’s basement because his old sump pump wasn't working. So our team installed TripleSafe, a sump pump system that’s main purpose is to keep your basement dry. This system provides ultimate protection against all basement leakage and any moisture problems because it has three pumps within this one system. One of the pumps is battery powered so that the system can work even during power outages.
A home in Muskegon was having issues with its foundation walls in the basement. We drove to the home and gave a free inspection of the home. After inspection, we decided to install our advanced Wall Anchor system. We install these by digging a tiny hole in that are a few feet away from the home. Then we drill a steel rod through a 1 inch hole in the basement wall. After that, the rod connects to an anchor that is placed in the hole of the soil. Once we place the plates on afterwards, we have permanently stabilized the basement. So now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about an unsafe basement ever again.
Have you ever used a fan to keep the water out of your basement, it doesn't really work and doesn't provide a long-term solution. Well, we upgraded this home from a basic fan to an unstoppable TripleSafe sump pump, which is the best out there. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in a one-liner. The first being the 1/3 hp Zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp Zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water. Now, this homeowner won't have to worry about a wet basement ever again.
