Jeff noticed the beginning stages of his back patio starting to become uneven as the soil beneath it was causing it to separate. He made the right call by choosing Ayers to come fix it. We decided on installing PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant after an inspection was made. The PolyLevel solution will raise and level the concrete with the small, lightweight, foam injections we make in the slab. Then we use NexusPro Joint Sealant to actually fill and seal the cracks so that water or debris won't degrade the slabs from below. These are permanent, waterproof solutions and will get the job done much faster. Jeff was happy to get this problem area smoothed out to avoid this tripping hazard!
Joseph worried when he found excess water, moisture, and mold in his basement. He recently noticed a musty smell and assumed it was a dead mouse, but upon further examination, he knew the basement needed to be dried out. After researching his options online, he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. Our trained professionals visited his home to assess the issue and suggest a solution. They recommended installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. CleanSpace is far more durable than the average store-bought tarp and less susceptible to damage. Joseph loves his new-looking crawl space!

Kathy had a bowing wall in her basement so she called our team. We installed the GeoLock Anchor System. This system permanently stabilized Kathy's wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.
A customer had foundation issues which was causing water to enter his basement through his window. Most windows offer minimal protection against outside air and moisture entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house.
