Doug has a partially finished basement and wants to add an egress window to the part that is not finished. Egress windows provide a safe exit in case of emergencies and allow extra natural light into the space!

A customer in Saranac, MI had moisture problems in his crawl space, and moisture means mold. So we installed our CleanSpace technology in the crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now that this crawlspace has CleanSpace technology, the homeowner won't have to worry about mold ever again.

We were called when Jim saw that a portion of his home was settling. He noticed a large crack in the stone outside his house and knew it needed to be fixed. It was December and the homeowner was worried that the solution would have to wait. We installed Helical Piers to support the failing foundation. Helical Piers can be installed year round so you never have to worry about pushing off fixing your foundation issue. These piers not only stabilize foundations but can potentially lift the foundation back to the original position.

Jeff noticed the beginning stages of his back patio starting to become uneven as the soil beneath it was causing it to separate. He made the right call by choosing Ayers to come fix it. We decided on installing PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant after an inspection was made. The PolyLevel solution will raise and level the concrete with the small, lightweight, foam injections we make in the slab. Then we use NexusPro Joint Sealant to actually fill and seal the cracks so that water or debris won't degrade the slabs from below. These are permanent, waterproof solutions and will get the job done much faster. Jeff was happy to get this problem area smoothed out to avoid this tripping hazard!
