Sinking concrete isn't actually caused by the concrete itself, but is caused by moving soil under the concrete slab. Not only is sinking concrete not nice to look at as well as decreases home value, but it also can become a tripping hazard. Our customers chose to have a PolyLevel injection to help fix the issue. PolyLevel works as a foam injection directly under the concrete slab. This injection is minimally invasive by only using a small hole ontop of the slab to inject the foam. The PolyLevel foam works to fill in gaps left from the moving soil and stabilize the slab. Able to be fully cured in 15 minutes and can be either walked or driven on directly after, PolyLevel is a great fix to any sinking or moving concrete slabs.
This Duplex had some water issues in the basement so the property manager called us for a solution. We installed The SuperSump Plus and a feed line so the water entering the area can be discharged outside of the home. The SuperSump Plus helps to keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times where there is heavy rain. There is also an added battery so the sump pump will continue to pump water out of your home in the case of a power outage!
This Grand Rapids home has some stairstep cracks on the basement walls and the owner is worried that the support is weak. We used CarbonArmor to support the wall and make sure more cracks don't get worse. The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System is made up of carbon fiber fabric straps, that are stronger in tension than steel, and the straps are bonded to the wall with an epoxy resin. The straps will stabilize the wall and the best part is that the system requires no exterior excavation and won't impact future basement finishing.

The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System is great for walls that have cracking. This system consists of flexible carbon fiber straps. These straps are bonded to the walls using a high strength resin. This system stabilizes the wall, does not require exterior excavation, installs quickly, and does not impact the finishing of your basement.
This Grand Rapids couple has a tennis court with some cracks and settled concrete. They have been wanting to get it resurfaced but can not do that until the the concrete is leveled and cracks are filled. We used PolyLevel to level the concrete. It is a waterproof, stable, and lightweight foam. To seal the cracks, we used the NexusPro sealant. It keeps things from getting through the cracks and degrading the concrete from below.
