Cheryl did not like going in her crawl space and wanted it encapsulated. There were spiders, the insulation was falling, and it was just creepy but she also wanted to protect it from water and mold. We first laid down Drainage Matting which has dimples in it that create areas for the water to flow through and be directed to the sump pump. On top of the matting, we installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to keep out water vapor, pests, and humidity. By keeping the space dry, you protect the home from bad smells, mold, and rot!

We used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete stairs and applied NexusPro Sealant to repair the cracks, restoring safety and stability for staff. Now, the entrance is hazard-free and ready to handle daily use with confidence.

Cracks in walls are often caused by foundation settlement, freezing, frosting, and hydrostatic pressure.  These factors can cause cracks in basement walls that can look both unsightly, but also in some cases could be a safety hazard.  Using FlexiSpan, we are able to not only seal the crack but we also created a drywell under the wall in case more leakage occurs.

Well, that is how this Grand Rapids walkway was. The homeowner gave us a call because she wanted our professional help. We drove to her property and installed our advanced PolyLevel technology.

PolyLevel is an advanced polymer-based injection foam that we blast into the concrete through tiny holes slightly smaller than a dime. After we inject it, the concrete slab raises and becomes stronger than ever. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
