Ronny's driveway has been experiencing some cracking and uneven slabs for the better part of a year. This makes everyday tasks like snow blowing more difficult. Our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by lifting the concrete slabs back to their original level using polyurethane foam. The foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete and the process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. The system is waterproof and long-lasting so Ronny won't have to worry about his driveway anymore.
Sharon had water in her basement that was getting the carpet damp so she wanted it addressed before other issues arose. We installed a sump pump to get rid of the water, the WaterGuard Drain System to collect the water, and the SaniDry XP to keep the area dry as well as filter the air.
Robert went into his crawl space to see the floor of his house was slanted. Due to his concerns, he called Ayers and asked about our foundation solutions. A team was sent to Robert's home to examine the issue and recommend the best option. Our experts determined the best way to secure the home's foundation was the SmartJack and a supplemental beam. The SmartJack is an additional support system used in crawl spaces to raise slanting floors, and the supplemental beam is used for extra support.
Donald called us because his front porch was sinking about 2 inches. The sunken slab has left the support posts dangling with no support. Donald wants to stay in this home for a long time and keep it safe. PolyLevel, a waterproof and stable foam, was used to lift the concrete back to a leveled position. We also wanted to seal the cracks in the porch for him so we used NexusPro Crack Repair.
Josh could clearly see that his home was offset. Walking into his home he saw that his patio was slopping down towards the ground. Luckily, Josh was referred to Ayers and was met by our resident foreman Evan. Even inspected the area and had to inform Josh that both the Patio and the Home were offset.
Evan and his team deconstructed the patio and installed helical piers to level the home. Helical piers are long, screw-shaped, metal drives that are driven under the home at an angle. The tops are capped with concrete blocks that the home rests upon. The weight is distributed onto the blocks and reintroduces support to the home's foundation.
