Jim and his wife have a concrete slab on their porch that is settling. One corner is sinking more than the rest which is causing cracks. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back up to the original level and make sure it is even with the rest of the porch. We also used NexusPro to seal the cracks and make sure the concrete is not degraded from below.
Homeowners wanted to turn their basement into a livable space. So they contacted our team and we installed an egress window and well. Regular windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home because they are poorly insulated around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, egress windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition, these windows provide lots of natural light.
Many of the concrete slabs around Steve's pool were sinking so he called our team for help. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

Peter called us because he had a moisture problem in his crawl space. The crawl space was uneven so it caused about half of it to have standing water. We had just the solution to help him close off the space and keep it dry. First we laid down Drainage Matting which has dimples in it to allow to the flow of water to the sump pump to be expelled out of the area. Then we installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier which is is a very thick liner similar to that of a pool liner. It prevents humidity and water vapor from passing through into the space to keep it dry. As an added bonus the liner has an additive which is mold resistant and the plastic vapor barrier deters pests. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system. It has a small size perfect for a crawl space, eliminates musty odors, and helps keeps the humidity out.
