We first saw your company at our local home show. The salesman that came to our home and did our estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. We are satisfied with the work performed. The crew were very hard workers.

We own a lakefront home. We had moisture, musty odors and other structural issues in our crawlspace. Ayers did the crawlspace and foundation repair work in May-June 2012. We are extremely pleased with their work. We wish we had this crawlspace work done 19 years ago! Our crawlspace is clean and drying rapidly. Ayers' crew, lead by foreman Nate, was very professional and top notch. Tim Doyle, our Project Manager from Ayers was also very professional and honest in his assessment.

We had seen some of Ayers Basement Systems' commercials on television. Our Project Manager was very courteous and helpful. The crew was courteous and the clean-up was good.

Our Project Manager did a nice job of explaining the products. General cleanup was satisfactory; the installaiton crew were customer oriented and hard workers.

Tom and Mike, the work was finally able to start and complete last Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, after a number of months of review and back and forth. I would like to thank you both for your work in putting the plan and project together. The completed space looks outstanding. I would like to tell you about the folks who did the work, if you remember the space was tight, wet and a large amount of trash. Terry and Ryan spent the first day underground and did a fantastic job cleaning and prepping the space for the ultimate installation of insulation, CleanSpace and SaniDry. They stayed late to complete this clean up and in my eyes deserve accommodation for a JOB WELL DONE! Come Friday, Terry and Ryan returned along with Cesar and Juan. These four guys worked about 13 hours each to complete the job. I found these four individuals to be extremely courteous, hardworking and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make me satisfied and complete the job with the highest quality. This is the third job Ayers Basement Systems has done for our family, my brother and mother had work done previously and because of the quality see on those repairs made me to only choose Ayers for this repair. And I was not disappointed by the workmanship or quality people these four young men were. I have no hesitation in recommending Ayers Basement Systems to anyone. Again, Terry, Ryan, Cesar and Juan are outstanding young men and hard workers who provide quality service. You should be proud to have these men on your Ayers team.

On a follow-up call with Erika, she shared that her electrician had gone down into the crawl space the day after our crew finished the encapsulation to hook up the dehumidifier. He was just blown away by the work that had been done. He thought it looked amazing. That night, her crawl space became the talk of the town bar. She went on to say that it doesn't smell musty anymore, that she's breathing clean air and that she is definitely noticing a huge difference.

Dear Mr. Ayers, I would like to highly commend David and his crew helper. They were at my house on Wednesday (April 22, 2015), to complete the work left on my crawl space project. They were good natured and hard working. You can be proud to have them represent your company in work ethics and quality of work performed.

I would like to commend the employees of Ayers who were involved in the extensive basement/crawl space project at The Jean Bradford Kline Senior Center. Our building is old, and it was well past the time to address water issues when we first contacted Greg Carey. He put together an excellent presentation to show our Board of Directors and members to help them understand what we would need to do to fix our multiple water problems. Dillon Birchmeier and his crew did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very porfessional. They took time to explain to members who asked just what they were doing, which we appreciated. They were professional and personable. Greg stopped by over the course of the project to answer questions that I had,and keep abreast of the progress. We are still waiting on the concrete raising, but understand that weather has been a factor in delaying that part of our repairs. Dear Mr. Ayers, Finally, I have my crawl space flooding problem solved, thank you Ayers basement Systems. Well, that is if during the next healthy rain the crawl space doesn't flood. Tom Bronson visited me after I contacted your company and I do want to tell you, Tom did an outstanding job of inspecting my crawl space and recommending a solution. He communicated prior to his visit (one of my top priorities in selecting a company) and after the job was completed. He was competent, knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining what was to be done and how and of course the cost. I was completely satisfied in his presentation.  The job was scheduled for around the 19th of January, however, it was moved up to the 29th of December. I was contacted by your Service Department, communication, I love it! Nathaniel Monear, foreman and his team arrived after Nate had called, great! They took the better part of two days to accomplish the task of water proofing my crawl space. A great job, no doubt about it. Nate is extremely competent, efficient, and courteous and wasted no time in completing a daunting task. You have a top-rated professional in Nate. He knows his job and performs it with perfection. I am totally satisfied with the work the team did. He made sure that I was satisfied with the cleanup process prior to their leaving and I was. No question about it, a job extremely well done. We've been meaning to write this letter for some time but life and work can be very challenging as you may know. On the plus side, we have one less thing to worry about! We would just like you to know that as winter has come blowing across Lake Michigan these last few weeks, we noticed something wonderful. Our house is so much more comfortable and warm with the new basement system installed. As fall has set into early winter here in Charlevoix, after a day of sunshine and household activities of baking, cooking, and solar warmth, we've had nights in the 30's and have woken up the next morning with a temp different between outside and inside the house as much as 30 degrees! Some nights the inside house temp. did not fall below 68 degrees in the hosue while it was in the high 30's outside in the morning...even high 20's. This is a great asset to our goals of lowering heating costs and improving the indoor air quality as the "musty" and damp smells of the crawl space are now gone. The addition of your system to our crawl space has allowed the advantages of extra insulation, triple pane windows, southern exposure, insulated window shades, alternate wood stove heat, and other energy saving expenditures on our house over the years to really raise the level of comfort and enjoyment of living "up north" to a new height. So much so, that we'll need to use our attic fan in the summer because the temp of the crawl space is now warmer and more stable...no worries - we'll take the warmth in the winter! With your help, Tim, the decision to have Ayers system installed in our crawl space was the right call. As winter sets in and temps. stay below freezing on a regular basis we will keep you posted on the system's effect on our warmth and comfort.
