Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Oak Hill Condominium association wanted to ensure that the condo they had for sale was ready for the next owner and would be an easy sale. We did some waterproofing work to the basement and also did some concrete leveling to the sidewalks around the condo. 

There's many reasons you should fix your sinking concrete. For example, the problem will continue to get worse, it affects the resale value, it's safety hazard and let's be honest it's not very appealing. Just because your concrete is starting to crack or sink doesn't mean that you have to replace it, we offer a much simpler and less invasive solution.

PolyLevel uses high-density polymers to raise slabs back to their desired level. This is accomplished by drilling small holes in the concrete and then injecting the polymers into the void. The holes are small (about the size of a penny). The material is waterproof so it won't wash out beneath the slab and its cure time is so quick it can be driven on within 15 minutes after installation. 

Tom called us to fix his concrete steps and the slab leading to the steps. The steps have sunk a couple inches and look as if they are starting to pull away from the porch. Tom's wife recently had surgery on her knee and he wants the walkway and porch to be safer for her and other guests that visit. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to a level position. PolyLevel is a waterproof foam that cures in about 15 minutes making it a quick, but long lasting solution to settling concrete. To seal the cracks and joints in the concrete, we used NexusPro which is a sealant that holds up in harsh weather. This prevents things from getting under the concrete and degrading it below

A customer in East Lansing came to us because getting in and out of the driveway involved driving over a big uneven spot. They called us to install our PolyLevel technology which would level out the whole driveway so that their driveway would be smooth as butter. PolyLevel is a foam that we inject into the slabs of concrete through very very small holes. Then, that foam raises the concrete and makes it stronger than ever. So, now this homeowner can go into their driveway with ease.

A customer in East Lansing had to ride over a bug bump in order to get into his garage every day. He knew we had the expertise to help so he gave us a a call. We drove to his property and decided to install our PolyLevel which is an advanced polymer based injection foam that we blast into the concrete to level it out and make it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
