Tom’s driveway in Lansing, Michigan, had become uneven over time, causing water to flow toward his home instead of draining away as it should. Concerned about potential water damage, he wanted to address the issue before it worsened, especially since he plans to move south in the next few years. He knew that a cracked, unlevel driveway could hurt his home’s value and even deter potential buyers, so he decided to take action.
To restore the driveway, we used PolyLevel, a high-strength polyurethane foam that expands beneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Unlike traditional methods, PolyLevel is lightweight, fast-curing, and resistant to washout, ensuring a long-lasting solution. After leveling the driveway, we applied NexusPro, a durable, UV-resistant sealant that prevents water, dirt, and debris from seeping into cracks. This helps protect the slab from erosion and damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles.
Now, Tom has peace of mind knowing his home is protected from water intrusion, and his driveway is smooth, stable, and ready for the market when it’s time to sell. Instead of being a red flag for buyers, his newly repaired driveway adds to the home’s curb appeal and value!
Alice was having water issues within her basement and didn't understand where it was coming from. She decided to contact Ayers and set up a home inspection. The Specialist that conducted the review determined the cement slab by the house was settling, causing various issues. The team suggested using PolyLevel to raise and level the cement.
PolyLevel is a process where foam is injected below the cement through small holes in the concrete. The foam is waterproof and expands under high temperatures, allowing the installation specialist to level and stabilize the concrete! Alice was thrilled with how much better the concrete looked and even happier with the purpose it would serve!
Have you ever been walking on an old sidewalk that has all sorts of unlevel slabs and cracks everywhere? Well, that's the same story for this homeowner's garage. It has huge unsafe cracks that he wants to fix. So we drove to his home to install our advanced PolyLevel technology.
PolyLevel is a polymer-based injection foam that we blast into the concrete through very small holes. This injection foam raises the concrete to be level again while also making it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Alyssa had some severe settling in some areas of her driveway as well as her walkway to the front porch. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back up and get it level to eliminate hazards. The driveway can be full load-bearing in about 15 minutes after installation so it is not inconvenient!
Sinking, uneven concrete can be dangerous, it can look bad and it can lower the resale value of your home. PolyLevel is a very easy way to fix your concrete. We drill penny size holes in the concrete and inject structural grade polymers in to raise the concrete back to its desired height. The polymers are waterproof so they won't wash out and they cure very quickly so your cement can be drove on almost instantly after the process is completed.
