Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A customer from East Grand Rapids had a garage that was not level at all and that caused her a lot of frustration (can you really blame her). They're were so many cracks in her garage from settling in poor foundation soil, it became a hazard. Luckily, we knew exactly how to fix this with our PolyLevel technology. 

PolyLevel is a polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to make it level and stronger than ever before.  PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

The walkway to this home in Grand Rapids, MI was sinking, proving to be not only an eyesore, but a tripping hazard. Luckily, there’s a quick and effective solution to fix this: PolyLevel. The PolyLevel systems works to raise concrete slabs by injecting high-density polymers into the slabs. This material is lightweight and dries quickly, so the sidewalk can be walked on in 15 minutes. One look at the first picture, and the issue is apparent: very uneven and sinking concrete. Not only was this a serious tripping hazard, but the uneven concrete was also causing draining issues outside of this Kentwood home. Our slab repair specialist knew that this uneven concrete was no match for the PolyLevel system. This state of the art approach to fixing uneven concrete works by strategically injecting high-density, waterproof polymers into the slab. After the slab injections, NexusPro joint sealant was added to direct surface water away from the joints of the home, in order to prevent any future problems. Because of PolyLevel’s quick curing time, within 15 minutes of installation, this concrete walkway not only received a quick makeover, but was also ready to be walked (not tripped) on.

This Grand Rapids home has a concrete walkway that connects their driveway to their front porch. They were experiencing some settling concrete in the walkway creating an uneven surface. Ted came to Ayers looking to fix the cement by his front door. Over the years of living there, large cracks had formed, and the cement ultimately became a tripping hazard. Ted reached out to Ayers to find a permanent solution for the cement. A System Design Specialist determined that the cement had settled and suggested PolyLevel as it would rise and stabilize the cement.

PolyLevel inserts foam below the cement through little holes, which expand and allow the cement to rise and become level again!
