Two sump pumps, and still a wet basement? That was the case when the customer called us - wet and only getting wetter no matter what they did.
You could have a dozen sump pumps, but it wouldn't get your basement any drier than one if there was no way to get the water to them. So we installed the WaterGuard drainage system as well as a new TripleSafe sump pump, and that wet basement is going, going, gone.
This basement had a WaterGuard perimeter drain system installed in the past and now were back installing Basement To Beautiful panels. These are a great addition for anyone looking to finish their basement. The Basement To Beautiful panels feature a foam SilverGlo insulation with graphit infused to drive up the insulation value to keep your basement warm. The panels have integrated metal studs that are fastened to the foundation walls. Metal studs won't rot or develop mold like wood studs which makes them a perfect choice for basement applications. These are not a finished wall. This is just studs and insulation but they're a great start and a great foundation for our other products like EverLast Wall Panels.
Do you have insulation problems in your basement? We have the solution: Basement To Beautiful insulated wall panels. This product is the perfect thing to prepare your basement for custom wall paneling. Basement To Beautiful panels have our very own SilverGlo insulation, making them meet and exceed building code for insulation quality and 24% more energy efficient that normal foam paneling. This customer in Frederic, MI had us install Basement To Beautiful panels in their basement and no longer need to worry about cold air entering their basement.
Kim’s 2004 Onekama, MI vacation home is almost done being renovated. She and her husband are planning on retiring in the home, but want to finish the basement. They wanted a few egress windows installed in order to go ahead with the rest of the project.
Our egress windows bring safety and beauty in one. Building codes require that basement living spaces must have a large enough window to safely evacuate in case of emergency. Our windows have built-in steps and durable covers that hold up to 500 pounds.
Kim and her husband were thrilled with the work Ayers did, and cannot wait to finish their renovations before moving in full time.
We spoke to Melissa over the phone to discuss our egress windows. She wanted a larger window to increase the natural light in her basement to brighten the space. Our egress windows are perfect since they are much larger than the standard basement window, and the opening allows for a safe exit in emergencies. We attach an exterior well with steps to ensure this exit is quick and easy. Melissa's basement feels much more open and welcoming now!
