Emily wanted a bigger window to replace the small basement window she had. She discovered Ayers sold larger waterproof basement windows so she gave us a call. Our System Design Specialist recommended our Egress Windows to Emily and she decided to go forward with the installation.
Our Egress Windows make a great basement window replacement since they are larger they will open up your space more. They also make an excellent source of natural light and will circulate more fresh air into the basement. The window includes a well with a step in it which allows for a quick, easy exit in emergency situations.
Emily was satisfied with the new look this Egress Window brought her basement as it transformed the room into a regular living space!
James had standing water in his basement after every storm and was sick of scooping it out. The issue became frustrating and tedious, so he wanted to hire professionals, and called Ayers for help. Our experts stopped by his home and recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe includes three separate pumps: the primary, a backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. James loves his new prevention plan!
The basement in the before photo had just been redone to stop water from leaking into the finished area. The owners wanted to complete the repairs by giving the basement a window that would highlight the finished features. As you can see in the before photo, the old window was barely visible from the outside and certainly didn’t offer a lot of sunlight on the inside. The window in the after photo is our egress replacement window. Our crew had to excavate the soil to make room for the window and its accompanying well. The larger window will allow more light to enter the basement while the well protects it from water and the elements, so leaks like before won't happen again. Note: the soil around the well was filled back in before the installation was completed.
Terry's basement was in rough condition since water would seep through the walls. He decided to take action by calling Ayers Basement Systems. Our crew inspected the source of trouble and concluded our WaterGuard system and TripleSafe sump pump system would eradicate these leaks. WaterGuard is a subfloor drain installed along the perimeter of the basement below the walls. This solution collects the water and directs it to the sump pump. Concrete is poured over the drainage system, concealing it into the floor. We replaced his old sump pump with TripleSafe as this three-pump solution is much more efficient. The first pump will eliminate most of the water, the second is there for backup, and the final pump is battery-operated for power outages. Terry is pleased with the finished results that leave his home well-protected!

They chose to install the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe includes a primary, a backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Tim is happy he found Ayers and got his problem fixed!
