Josh brings a diverse background in deep foundation solutions and underground utilities, making him an excellent fit for an industry that focuses on everything below ground level.

Josh resides in Wyoming, MI, with his wife and three children. They are a busy, sports-loving family who enjoy basketball, baseball, football, and volleyball. Over the past several years, Josh has also coached travel teams. They are active members of Grand Rapids First Church and share their home with two dogs, Marley and Prince. Additionally, they are proud fans of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

When asked why he joined Ayers, Josh emphasized the leadership opportunities and, most importantly, the people he would be working with.
