After moving 10 times in 14 years, Allison is thrilled to make her forever home in Nashville, Michigan, and be close to relatives in Hastings, Michigan. She and her husband have two sons and a Micro-Goldendoodle dog, and she enjoys reading, painting, camping, and hanging out with extended family.

Two of her previous homes had water in the basement, so Allison understands how trying it can be to constantly clean up the water and deal with smelly, humid conditions. She’s glad to be rid of those problems for herself and likes working for a company that can permanently fix them for other homeowners.

Before coming to Ayers, Allison held many different jobs in various industries including retail, customer service, banking, and marketing. “I love this company’s commitment to its employees,” she says. “Great employees provide great service, and our customers can feel our passion in the work we do in their homes.”
