Brenda worried about water pooling into her crawl space. She knew her sump pump must have failed, so she called Ayers for help. Our crew visited her home and recommended the SmartSump sump pump. This system is designed specifically for small spaces and includes WaterWatch, the alarm system intended to alert the homeowner when water leaks past the sensor. Brenda is happy she called Ayers to get the job done!

Ayers team addressed the water and mold issues in the crawl space of a home built in 1990 with a cinderblock foundation. They installed a sump pump and encapsulated the crawlspace using CleanSpace moisture barrier and vent covers. Additionally, they used FrothPak insulation to seal gaps and prevent further moisture intrusion. This comprehensive approach ensures a dry and healthy crawlspace environment, protecting the home from structural damage and indoor air quality issues.

This home is only used seasonally, but every year upon returning, the homeowners noticed that it smelled...musty. Eventually, they realized the floors weren't quite level and there were some soft spots and well as cold spots. These are all signs of a leaking crawl space and are actually pretty easy to fix - if you call us, that is.

We installed a SmartDrain to deal with any future plumbing leaks and a SaniDry CX air system to manage the humidity. Then, because they were concerned with saving energy, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system (including drainage matting) as well as TerraBlock insulation on the floor and SilverGlo wall insulation on exterior walls.

In order to maintain a healthy, mold-free crawl space area it’s important that the space is moisture-free. Crawl spaces are often damp which allows mold and mildew to grow. Our job is to eliminate the moisture so that your crawl space remains without pests, odor, mold, and more! This client requested help with restoring his crawl space to its original dry state. With the help of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier we were able to leave him and his family with long-lasting results!

When we came to his home to see the problem for ourselves we noticed that the problem didn't lye with the floor, but the problem was due to the support of the floor (in the crawlspace). The support of the floor was done by pieces of wood, which is not safe for the foundation. We fixed that issue by installing our SmartJack technology. The SmartJack is a support system used to stabilize and level the floor joists in a crawl space. This system can support up to 60,000 pounds. The SmartJack system is placed on strong concrete fillings that have replaced the soil in that small location underneath the SmartJack. This new technology makes this home safer than ever before.
