Tom was looking to get some insulation added to his crawl space where cold air was making its way in through little cracks. He noticed Ayers sold rim joist insulation for crawl spaces so he gave us a call and we set up an appointment for him.

With this insulation, it will seal off the crawl space in the places where cold air was seeping in through small cracks in the concrete. This will reduce Tom's heating bill in the long run. The rim joists were insulated as well since small cracks and seams can pop up around these rim joists in crawl spaces. Outside air flow is now cut off from seeping in and will keep unwanted moisture and allergens out.

Tom was grateful for this insulation that seals up his crawl space and prevents this cold air from seeping in!

Bobby had contacted Ayers and set up a home inspection to address the cracks in his foundation. The team at Ayers determined from a review that the FlexiSpan system would be a perfect solution. The FlexiSpan system seals off the cracks with a unique adhesive that provides a watertight seal and adhesive capabilities. Next, a waterproofing membrane is installed overtop of the cracks to provide additional waterproofing. Bobby was thrilled that he had found a permanent solution for his foundation!

We used our PolyLevel solution on an old barn with a sinking floor in Turner, Michigan. Our crew at Ayers first makes little holes in the concrete and uses them to inject structural-grade polymer that will lift and level the slab. The holes are sealed and patched with concrete. His barn floor will now be even, eradicating this customer's safety concerns. This solution is cheaper and faster than remodeling the entire floor!

Deteriorating vinyl, sticky doors and windows, and creaky floors were all problems within Donna's home. After doing some research, she decided to contact us at Ayers Basement Systems regarding her floor joist. An inspection of her home determined that the floor joists were weak and needed to be reinforced. SmartJacks were suggested and later implemented to provide a lasting solution. SmartJacks utilize a load-bearing base, allowing the floor to be leveled and stabilized!

Frank and Kathy needed new discharge lines installed, so they contacted Ayers. The Ayers team conducted a home inspection and determined where the new lines would be plumbed. The team suggested the LawnScape outlet for the end of the discharge line. The outlet is low profile and sits flush with the lawn meaning it won't be a problem when it comes to mowing or other activities! Frank and Kathy were thrilled with the final look of the outlet!
