When a basement is flooded or damp the best thing to do is install a perimeter system to channel all the water that is coming in through the floors and walls. The next thing to do is find a way to get all of that water out of your basement/crawl space. A sump pump is the best option for this. We offer a few different types to suit everyone's needs. The pump pictured is our SuperSump. It comes with a sturdy liner with holes in it to accept the ground water. It next comes with an airtight lid to prevent the water from evaporating back into your basement because that's pretty contradictive if you ask us.  It also comes with a pump stand, a floor drain and the best part...a pump alarm. The alarm works in the emergency case that it can't keep up with the amount of water that's coming in. This allows you to do something before you have a bigger problem on your hands. 

The original pump in the picture didn't have a lid to prevent evaporation and it was getting old. We replaced the sump pump and have a happy customer who is not enjoying a dry basement with their new SuperSump sump pump and WaterGuard system.

This couple had a cottage in Boyne City. The floor in this 400 square foot garage was sinking - well, parts of it were, and not all at the same depth. We used PolyLEVEL to restore the concrete slab floor to the proper height, and to make sure that all parts of the slab were at the SAME height.
