They decided the best replacement for Mike's old sump pump was a new TripleSafe system. A homeowner in Jackson, MI, reached out to us with concerns about their crawl space. Upon inspection, we found it was a haven for bugs, with moldy, deteriorating insulation hanging from the floorboards. The damp walls threatened the longevity of the home and could eventually cause mold to spread to other areas. To give them a lasting solution, we installed the WaterGuard drainage system and paired it with a TripleSafe sump pump for maximum protection against flooding. To manage the iron ochre, we also implemented our Iron Ochre System, which helps control buildup and maintain proper water flow. However, like any system dealing with iron ochre, regular maintenance is key to keeping the lines clear and functioning properly.
