Jordan had a basement crack that had some water seepage as well as some water seepage from the area immediately below his sump pump discharge. With the water seepage confined to these 2 small areas, we were able to use FlexiSpan to solve the problem. The slab foundation was excavated immediately below the cracks and a dry well a few gallons deep was dug out. This is a space where the water will flow and work its way back into the the ground. The well is filled with stone and the concrete is replaced. A gap along the base of the wall remains open to allow the water seepage to flow into the well. Finally the cracks are covered with a foam layer followed by a layer of our mold and mildew resistant CleanSpace material. The foam creates a space for water to move freely down the wall and the CleanSpace material creates a vapor barrier and allow the water to flow without being seen or noticed, plus it looks great on the walls. Jordan's problem is solved.
Don't let uneven sidewalks leave you feeling stressed out. With new technology we can fix those uneven sidewalks or cement slabs easier than ever before. We inject structural grade polymers beneath the cement which will lift the slab back to its desired height. The polymers are waterproof so you don't have to worry about them washing out, once injected they are there to stay. The hole we have to drill to inject the polymers is smaller than a penny and barely noticeable. The best part is this system only takes about 15 minutes to install so there is almost no down time and you'll be back driving on your driveway in no time.
We recently received a call from a customer in Williamsburg. They called us to inform us about their driveway and how part of it seemed to be sagging and felt like a pothole when driving on it. We drove to the house so that we could install our PolyLevel technology in order to fix their driveway. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete through these little tiny holes in order to re-level and strengthen the concrete so that it is even better than new. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Tracey had noticed that her crawl space was getting more wet than usual and contacted us at Ayers. An inspection of her home was conducted, and it determined that CleanSpace would be the perfect solution! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a moisture barrier. Water will flow behind the liner and funnel to the home sump pump! Tracey was thrilled with the outcome of the installation!
Matthew had recently bought his home and wanted to encapsulate the crawl space. After contacting Ayers Basement Systems, an inspection was set up and conducted. Based on the review, water was leaking through areas in the foundation, causing high moisture levels. The team at Ayers suggested installing the CleanSpace system. CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a vapor barrier stopping any moisture. Matthew was thrilled with the conclusion of the installation!
