With SmartJacks, these supplemental support systems address sagging or rotting support beams. These are made up of steel columns, threaded rods, and a solid base. The posts get adjusted to raise the floors to a level position.

Barbara was looking for exterior solutions for her discharge lines so she called Ayers for professional help. After a free inspection was conducted it was determined she needed IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet. With IceGuard this will prevent the freezing or clogging of the exterior discharge lines with its antifreeze fitting that has slotted openings that eject water away from the foundation. Then LawnScape Outlet was added to the end of the line as an underground extension that blends into the yard and expels downspout water.

After our team insulated the crawl space, we installed a CleanSpace liner across the floor. Since the liner is 20mil thick made from many layers of polyester cord reinforcement, it’s durable and can be walked on. Installing CleanSpace provides a barrier for water vapor, and its antimicrobial additive prevents mold growth.
