This house has a beautiful in-ground pool in their backyard, but sadly the uneven sidewalk was taking away from that. The different levels of sidewalk also were a tripping hazard, and that could lead to someone falling into the pool. Our solution was to fix it using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam polymer that is injected into the sidewalk through extremely small holes. It fills out under the sidewalk and pushes it up to the correct level. It is truly one of the best solutions for this type of problem, just look at how beautiful the walkway looks after!

This customer called us because they were experiencing sloping floors and cracks in the foundation. We used Helical Piers to stabilize the home as well as to help return the floors and foundation to the original position. Helical Piers allow for fast, effective installation so there was minimal disturbance to the customer. 

Due to the high water levels of Lake Michigan, Marla and Mark's crawl space was flooding. To waterproof their crawlspace, our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Bill's basement walls were bowing which was causing water intrusion and other issues. So, our team installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system constructed to repair damaged and bowing foundation walls. CarbonArmor is used to fix your foundation walls by preventing inward movement and reducing the cracks in your walls. This system can easily be concealed for your basement to have a sleek, finished look.

Jim's basement walls were bowing and cracked on the inside and outside of the foundation. He called our team and asked about possible solutions. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place and overtime it will straighten them. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.
