Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Tom and Maria's basement in Portland, Michigan, faced water damage and mold due to foundation settlement near their egress window. Walt had a wall in his crawl space that was starting to bow due to the soil surrounding the home pushing on the wall. The wall has moved a lot within the past 6 months causing the bowing to get worse. He installed some temporary support for the wall until he could find a permanent solution that will keep his home safe. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors to keep the wall from moving further as well as help to return the wall to the correct position. They work by using the hard and stable soil beyond the home to stabilize the wall. They do not damage the wall or take up space and they are installed with minimal disruption to the lawn.

Courtney and Trevor purchased their home about a year ago and during the walkthrough with the inspector, he had mentioned that the crawl space could use some attention. Since then, the moisture and musty smell coming from the crawl space had become worrisome, especially since they have 2 babies in the home. The concrete around Kathryn's deck needed leveled so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
