Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A customer from Hastings called us about their unlevel walkway to the their home. They wanted to make sure that they had smooth, level walkway to be safe for their family.  So we came to the house and decided to install PolyLevel which is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete to level it out and make it stronger than ever. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

Megan and Calvin have just recently purchased their home but the basement is so humid. There is no standing water but they are having to change the dehumidifier very often. We installed the CleanSpace Wall System which keeps water vapor from passing through your foundation walls. We also installed the SaniDry XP for them which can easily be stored in a corner or closet. The dehumidifier keeps dry air circulating throughout the space which dries out your basement. 

This driveway has an area on the corner where the driveway meets the garage that had fallen about 3/4 inches. The owner wanted a fix because he did not want it getting any worse. We used PolyLevel which is an inject able foam to raise the concrete slab back to the original position. PolyLevel is waterproof and stable so it will not wash away or react with soils. The foam cures in about 15 minutes so you can be back in the garage and on the driveway in no time!

Paul had some cracks inside and out side of his home. There was a floor joist where the cracks were starting and it was starting to bow. He was worried it would get worse and wanted a solution. We installed Push Piers to stabilize the home. These piers are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket and are the best option when soil conditions are unknown to permanently stabilize the home.

Water was entering a homeowner’s basement through small cracks on the walls. She called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into her basement immediately.
