Edward called our team to discuss encapsulation options for his crawl space. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. A customer called our team because she had water entering her crawl space. So we installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels used on the walls of your crawl space in order to insulate it. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. SilverGlo blocks all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. Overall, it will keep your crawl space dry and insulated which will save you lots of money over the years.

Our customer had an issue with a musty smell coming from their crawl space. This smell is usually from the presence of water vapor that can also cause mold and bacteria to grow. In addition to the smell, there was a small amount of water leaking into the crawl space from a pipe. 

We installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry dehumidifier, and SmartSump sump pump. The combination of these products will alleviate water vapor in the space, getting rid of the musty smell, and draining any water that enters the space.

Thomas realized his basement walls had large, deep voids in them. The voids allowed moisture seepage, and he didn't know how to fix it, so he called Ayers for help. Our trained specialists visited his home to examine the basement and recommend a solution. They suggested Shotcrete, which applies a concrete or mortar wet spray through a high-pressure hose to fill a form or repair damaged surfaces. Thomas loves having sealed basement walls!
