Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Ted came to Ayers looking to fix the cement by his front door. Over the years of living there, large cracks had formed, and the cement ultimately became a tripping hazard. Ted reached out to Ayers to find a permanent solution for the cement. A System Design Specialist determined that the cement had settled and suggested PolyLevel as it would rise and stabilize the cement.

PolyLevel inserts foam below the cement through little holes, which expand and allow the cement to rise and become level again! Additionally, Ted opted to have Nexus Joint Sealant and Crack Repair applied on the cement to take care of the rest of the issues! Ted was happy that the cement was fixed and how good it looked!

We were called when Jennifer noticed a crack outsdie her home. When we went to inspect the issue we noticed there was a very long crack on one side of the corner and another smaller crack on the other side. Since the house was settling in that corner of the house and it was winter, we decided to install Helical Piers. Helical Piers can be installed quickly year-round so you never have to worry about the time of year. These piers are also great at stabilizing and helping to return foundations to the original positions.

Steven noticed that his floor was not connected to the wall and the floor joists were taking in water. They has some leaks and had water on their wood floor boards. The WaterGuard is a French drain that is installed below the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to keep it out of the area where drains can clog. The system collects water from the walls and drains it to your sump pump. The system installs quickly and has a clean finish.

Wanda had puddles in her basement and water had been compin up through the floor. Her basement is partically finished but the area where there was water was not finished. She wanted a solution to have a dry basement but also wanted to make sure the finished part of her basment didn't get ruined. We installed the WaterGuard system to keep the water out of her basement.
