You have to have a downspot from your gutters to keep water from dumping next to your foundation. There are a few ways to do this but the most common way seems to be with those bulky metal discharge lines that lay in your yard. These become a tripping hazard, are a pain to mow around and are not all that appealing. Thankfully, we have come up with a way to fix this!

The LawnScape outlet allows for water to escape with virtually no pitch. It also works great for discharge lines on sump pumps. The LawnScape outlet allows us to completly bury the discharge lines and have the outlet at the end to allow the water to exit. 

There was water in Dennis’s crawl space so he called our team for help. We installed CleanSpace as an uninterrupted vapor barrier made from a plastic sheet material. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.
