Dan had us out in the past to give some sinking concrete a polylevel treatment, using high-density polymers injected underneath the concrete to fill voids and lift the concrete back into its original position. With a significant amount of new slabs needing to be addressed, this time we ended up removing the concrete completely and pouring a new walkway. The results are a far cry from what was there before. The walkway will be much safer to walk on and water will flow safely away from the home.

Before the steel support beams and SmartJack system in the after photo were added into this crawl space, the floor above had been sagging in several different places.
