As you can see, thsi previous foundation is not safe at all. So we replaced it with the best solution, SmartJacks. These Kalamazoo customers were suffering from a bowing wall and wanted to put their house up for sale. The crew originally thought of using power braces to correct the failing wall, although pipes within the basement were an issue. The basement wall had vertical and horizontal cracks, which are some of the first signs of wall failure. To prevent the wall from cracking and bowing any further, the crew decided to install CarbonArmor.

The SuperSump contains a pump stand (prevents clogging of any debris in the sump liner), pump alarm (for when the basement floods), and an airtight sump lid with a floor drain in it (helps water to go down but not air to come up). This home will now be able to rely on their sump pump to properly drain all of the water out of the basement.

We installed the TripleSafe sump pump system. We used PolyLevel to inject structural grade polymers beneath the cement which will lift it back up to its desired height. PolyLevel cures quickly and can be driven on about 15 minutes after the material cures. The material is also waterproof so there's no worries that it will wash out.
