Moisture and vapor were leaking into a customer's crawl space so she asked us to seal off her crawl space. We insulated her rim joists to completely close off her crawl space. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping vapor and moisture out.

A customer had heavy flooding in her basement so she called our team for help. In addition to other systems, we installed TripleSafe. TripleSafe has three pumps so that it can handle the highest pumping demands. Also, one of the pumps is battery powered so it can continue to pump water even during power outages. PolyLevel is a light weight but very strong, waterproof foam. The foam is injected under the concrete to raise it back up to the original position. The foam takes only about 15 minutes to cure so that weight can be put on it in no time.

The WaterGuard is a French drain system that is installed below the floor but above the foundation slab to keep it out of the area where drains can clog. The system collects the water that seeps into the basement from the walls and drans it to the sump pump to be drained out of the house.
